SIGNS OF INFIDELITY
Your Spouse Or Significant Other:
Is offended by small comments that once went unnoticed.
Begins taking a stronger interest in his or her appearance or becomes obsesses with losing weight/gaining weight. They will often join a health club, begin body building, sun-tanning, etc.
Will begin to keep company with certain persons or groups unknown to you. Many times, these people will be someone with whom they are sharing the guilt.
Will begin to be "working late" when they seldom have in the past.
Will often lose sexual interest in you.
Will become offended and sometimes ask if you are checking up on them.
Will frequently have unexplained absences.
Will make comments when questioned or condemned such as "Not everyone feels that way."
Will sometimes ask for a divorce without reasonable explanation.
May get a post office box and not allow you to have a key.
Will no longer allow you to use the family credit cards or see the bill.
Will arrive home smelling like cologne or perfume other then their own.
Will sell or transfer ownership of many of the family goods to prevent them from becoming part of the property settlement.
Will begin to consume drugs and/or alcohol.
Will lose interest in his or her home life and children.
Will charge up all credit accounts in preparation of ending the relationship.
Will become cold and inconsiderate of your feelings.
Will buy a new wardrobe or begin wearing a new cologne/perfume.
May find reasons to get away from family gatherings on holidays, etc., to wish holiday greetings to a lover.
May begin to take showers as soon as they return from work/going out, when they never used to.
Names of strange places will appear on credit card bills. Usually these names will appear to be restaurants, but you can not find them in the phonebook. Many times these are gentleman's clubs or cabarets (a.k.a. strip clubs).
Will do the laundry when they never used to, or at a time when they normally wouldn't. They may try to hide the signs of smoke, lipstick, body fluids, etc.
Lingerie is missing from drawers or found in dirty clothes.
You May:
Begin to receive hang up telephone calls.
Find the passenger seat in his/her car moved from the normal position.
Find a different brand of cigarettes in the ashtray, or with another's lipstick on them.
Notice the mileage on the car is not adding up to what it should. Too many miles.
No longer have a land line phone number to call him/her when out, only a cell number, or pager number. They may be trying to hide their location.
Records:
Credit card bills contain unusual gifts, travel, restaurant and "unspecified" charges
Gas credit cards contain uncommon locations of gas stations
Unexplained payments on bank statements
Subject has more cash on hand without accountability
Cell phone bills contain calls with long duration
Home phone and calling card records contain calls with long duration
Business phone records contain unusual calls
Subject has unexplained receipts or personal effects in wallet
Technical:
Subject has suspicious phone voice-mail messages
Subject has suspicious cell phone numbers stored or dialed
Subject has suspicious pager messages
Unknown pager numbers stored in subject's memory
Internet web browser history list (this is a record of web sites visited) contains unusual sites
Frequent visits to Internet free e-mail accounts
Uncommon e-mail messages
Uncommon deleted e-mail messages
